Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the executives of Openfair in various administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excel in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle communication and correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with utmost professionalism.
- Assist in data processing, report generation, and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Support in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the executives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides and other office productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing remote work environments is a plus.
