A facility expansion to 18 Beds is expected to be online in about 45 days. Out-of-Network Medical insurance pays for about 95% of the patients. The facilities are CA State Department of Health Licensed and is JCAHO Certified and IMS Accredited. The Buyer need not have a License or Certification to Own the facilities. Approximately 25 employees. The business has an experienced Operations Manager. The facilities are leased, long-term leases are available.
The real estate is not included and may be leased. Seller is looking for all Cash or Loan to Cash. Experienced business buyer or buyer with experienced advisors is preferred. 90% SBA Financing Available to qualified Buyers. Buyer should have at least $2Million Liquidity and at least $4 Million Net Worth including Real Estate. This is a Seller requirement not SBA requirement.
