Growth/Expansion Opportunity: The practice currently has a census of over 1,000 active patients and is growing at 25% per annum. It screens 20-40 referrals/week, with a capture rate of approximately 50%. Current market conditions dictate, that multiple new office spaces need to be secured. At present, three (3) new locations have been scouted for expansion. Current practice has the potential to grow at an additional 20% without the need for expanding support staff.
Employees: Fully staffed, 40+/- employees with key executive management in place. The owner operates in a CEO/CFO capacity on a semi-absentee basis.
